Racial Changes

• Every Man for Himself Cooldown changed from 2 min cooldown to 3 min cooldown. Shared cooldown increased from 30s to 90s.
• Arcane Torrent No longer interrupts, instead attempts to remove a beneficial effect from all nearby enemies. Cooldown reduced from 2.5 min to 1.5 min

I don´t have Belf Toons, but first w8 for the change!

It says remove 1 beneficial effect it could maybe Despell the Priests Bubble or Racial effect buffs like: Dwarf Stone Form or Worgen Faster Run (not the Mount one).

If not then they Sucke for real!

@Holythane it is called PVP Exp. the Only PVP is in there PVP looking sets for MOG stuff, and events where you fight NPC, Mobs who are dressed and give quotes like a PVP Player.
And Reskinned Old Races, with different Racials!

The Only benefit I see there is the PVP Talent we can use at LV 15, maybe the Profession change when they change something good for Low LV ppl.

removing a buff is still pretty good. may apply to zerker in addition to priest bubble. interrupt definitely stronger but having aoe purge is anything but bad.

Blizzard should nerf it further to just restore mana and only mana so all classes except mana users find it useless
