Both factions need less HEALERS. This has been an ongoing issue. Please make alts while the 100% buff is in place.
Again, if help is needed with dungeon runs to update/gear a twink:
We queue Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Also requesting that returning players gear up before queueing as they drastically reduce game quality. Thank you.

GGs tonight. We had 11 games first pop 12 minutes early, it's great to see such a big turn out and so many old faces returning.
Having talked it over with people, I am going to encourage the community to group queue with a maximum of 3 people for Warsong Gulch Specific on the days we queue. I will also encourage you to possibly only have 1 healer in that group if any. I think this is a good call in terms of preventing majority healer comps, as well as preventing 9v10s for half the game also stopping 'undergeared'/120 players from sabotaging what could've been good games.

still happening lolol .. it wasnt fixed, believe me, i see about 1 or 2 cases EACH month and after a day or two that toon never log on again .. i guessed "something did happened" to that player, but just to be sure, i put up a ticket to get a confirmation

Honestly, what we need depends on who is in attendance. All the bases are covered on both factions with all classes if everyone is online. Definitely don't need more rogues or druids on either side, and alliance has plenty of shamans. Otherwise, it's hard to give you much valuable direction. Play what you want.

Divinium summed it up fairly well.
Horde tends to be pretty well rounded but they could always do with a disc. Sometimes they don't have many. They always have everything else.
Alliance could do with mages or hunters or mistweavers.
Don't queue unless you have gear though as that would be disrespectful obviously
