Thanks for your help. Last night, every time I tried to submit it as an account issue not listed, it kept giving me one option to choose: email was changed. Both in-game and on the website. After your post, I tried again and after about the 10th different way of clicking on things on the website, it finally got me to where I could actually submit an issue. (Don't ask, I can't even remember, just started clicking on choices out of frustration. But there is a way to do it as an account issue not listed.)

You can get 61 without df. You get XP, but stay at 60. Like a f2p stays at 20 but gains XP.

I saw reports from people, who dinged 61, eg in timewalks, being immideately locked

There have actually been a lot of reddit threads that this free weekend is buggy af. Like, first day DF is unlocked, then it isn't and goes back to Shadowlands acc, some ppl can't make Dracthyr etc. Strange coincidence that this is the first free weekend since the staff meeting Ybarra told QA/CS that they can do one, and it's turned out buggier than last time eh?
