Pandarian noodle cart is bis for stats I think.

Silithus has a recipe, Smoked Desert Dumplings, that provides +6 strength and is rewarded from a quest. It’s not as good as noodle cart or marks of honor food, but it’s very easy to obtain and farm a few stacks for f2p or solo accounts.

Well Depends for who i personally have a trial waiting in GS with stacks of noodle so i can resupply after bgs there are many more items that are alot more trouble to farm :'(
