Pvp templates are gone and WOD style item scaling is in for instanced pvp. Both enchants and trinkets work too. On beta that is.

It's already been confirmed on beta by bgs / skirmishes. It's actually been known for like a year (the removal of pvp temps). But w/e I don't care if you believe me or not.

The template stays, however, not the way we know it now. In the Q&A that @Imnotabelf talks about, they are talking about adding customization to the template, so that you can have some stat customization, but that doesn't mean the template goes away. They argued about how they strayed away from the core ideology of an MMORPG, and so came to the conclusion that they went overboard with the template, but they are not removing it all together.

The reason it's not on beta atm, is because it hasn't been implemented yet. Actually, there is no number tuning at all currently. There has been 0 comments from the devs, or any Blizzard spokesperson, about removing the template. They're simply adjusting it, making tweaks, adding some customization. So don't get your hopes too high on that one.

They aren't supposed to be gone. They said they will give ppl the freedom to customize stats, but the templates will still be in place and probably still have the most impact on ur stats.

Well people who have actually gotten bgs to pop on beta are saying it's back to wod item scaling system, no temps. I'll stay logged in a while to see if I can get a pop.

Well it was only like 1-2 weeks ago that enchants & trinkets started working in instanced pvp.

Allowing trinkets is probably the reason AGM got nerfed, all makes sense now.

@Chainz is correct. They just haven't implemented it yet on beta. There has also been 0 number tuning.

Ofc they haven't implemented it yet. Look at shit in duels and wpvp. Bliz will fix this in last place.
