white neck, rings, offhand are 58 meaning still bis. (i dont get why they changed 2 ivls)

bis will very likely change based on the revamp to ipvp scaling. high primary-stat non-randomized drops, e.g. argas rings, (given that all randomized drops, single-stat greens, etc., are now horseshit) are the safest bet for bfa bis, but even that is speculation until we know the low lvl ipvp scaling mechanics. non-stat white items are unlikely to remain bis

I'm not sure if they will be or not, thats why i'm sitting in the que. Hopefully enough 19s will hop on we can get one to top. My thinking is if theyre still giving a big ilvl gain they might still be worth using. Im guessing the stat priority will reflect the stat priority of our gear, whats highest to lowest. If that is the case, the only time the rings wouldnt be better is if you needed to increase a certain stat to make it higher than another.
for instance if my gear was 10 crit 8 haste and 6 crit but I liked that order, the whites would be fine but if I wanted more crit and could put two crit rings on making crit the highest stat, then the white rings may not be.

[doublepost=1528418293,1528416716][/doublepost]Also, I'd save any and all blues you have, i've saved almost every 19 pvp blue ive ever gotten and they all fluctuate state wise even if theyre the same "of the.." type. For instance i have three blue rings of the quickblade one has 4 crit and 1 vers and the other has 3 crit and 2 verse and the last one has 2 crit and 3 verse. So any blue you have could end up with a random quantity of those stats which means you may want extras to get a perfect stat build (stat priority you want)
[doublepost=1528418968][/doublepost]My 19 also has several pieces that are pure haste. +5/9 etc of haste with no other secondary stat. Out of my 40 or maybe more pvp items that's the only pure secondary stat I seem to have and I only have two of them.
