best Well fed buff? (pandarian)

Title says it all, but to be more specific:
Horde - Resto shaman.
Any ideas? preferably a food with the highest stam to replace rumsey Thanks

I use seasoned wolf kabob as the mats are easily farmable in between queues and it gives the highest well fed buff at 19 (+6 stamina and spirit).

Unless there's some rare food I'm not thinking of, +6 stam/spirit is the best you can do for level 19.

Winter Veil roast gives 5 to all stats for 19s

Rumsey Rum Dark still gives 10 stam buff and Rumsey rum light still gives 5 stam buff. Although im pretty sure they both can only be obtained through fishing

Yeah. well fed since my shaman is pandarian, I'll get the bonus, I think its 100% more stats. thanks for the input guys, much appreciated
