You can get that fixed with the warranty, even if it's jailbroken, iPod touches are INSANELY easy to replace, my friend got his replaced 5 weeks straight (just for a social engineering test, no trouble at all. He didn't have a warranty!)

to make it potentially better just contact blizz thru email or thru some shit whatever just get them to freeze the account and give it to you. i've heard many stories of people getting hacked/keylogged and the vast majority of them get the accounts back

Has anybody read the official wow guide book thing, it goes on about ways to make gold somewhere in it, it includes niche markets, essentially playing the AH, buying all of a certain item that are under a certain price, and putting them in for a higher price, so you force the price of an item up, becoming a monopoly, so if you get banned for it, its definately an undeserved ban
