From what I've read here BvB lockboxes scale so BvB could be aquired legit although painstakingly so.

As for OH, its 1 agi vs 12 shadow resist and mudnight mace is much more accessible

As for scaled bvb, does anyone have proof? There is a method to make lvl 19 defias belts, walking boots, nobles robe ect. and afaik thats the only way to get a scaled bvb

The 12 show resis is busted so midnight mace OH is a no brainer IMO. For mh I like cudgel of naralex for the added haste since at 39 we get access to increased energy regen from haste(reason why I prefer quickblade for 19/29 and aurora for every other bracket). The 3.6 speed is also insane for landslide uptime and ability dmg, basically just a better version of sword of decay if n1 remembers those days.

random BG / skirm = cudgel of naralex(landslide) / midnight mace (ele force)
premade BGs = vibroblade (ele force) / midnight mace (ele force)
arena = vibroblade (ele force) / midnight mace (ele force) or heaven's light (ele force) depending on enemy comp

I play Cudgel of Naralax MH/Coldrage Dagger OH.

Offhand daggers are fine for Outlaw, only need a Sword/Mace/Axe for your MH. imo the extra slow from the proc is worth more than any slight damage increase you might get from other options.

Late to the party but doesn't the Coldrage Dagger have a level 40 requirement https://www.wowhead.com/item=10761/coldrage-dagger or is yours GF? I have one in the bank from a looooooong time ago and it's got the lvl 40 req

Yup, when they made dungeons scale to your level in 7.3.5, the level requirement for RFD was lowered (and Uldaman was raised to 40). You can farm a new one scaled to level 39.
