Actually you get hemo from the sublety spec whereas Subterfuge (3 seconds stealth after opening) is a talent, you can have both.

Gotta run the download as Admin on PC anyway, and it will stay on 0% for more time than the rest of the download takes

I just left it alone and it eventually downloaded. Was pretty easy since I had woken up too early and wanted to go back to bed. Ran the downloader and it finished by the time I fell back asleep.
