You need to download a program called X-Split. Its what every major streamer uses now and i believe its still free. Only thing is that you better have good internet and you are going to have to mess with setting a bit to get it the way you want it. You use the program to stream through Justin/Twitch.tv.

Im streaming in 720p on twitch.tv. Startet with Own3D, but they have a bandwidth limit, which made me stream with justin.tv. Same Problem here, so i tried twitch.tv. Twitch.tv is in my opinion the best streaming site.

Ill give you a hint. If you have less than 1500kbits/s upload dont even think about streaming ^^
