Taking about US stormscale is horrible for twinks, I have 7 twinks, not only a rogue.

Not sure whether they start within the guilds themselves but i tend to get whispered about if i would like to join them sometimes, my observations would guess that the two teams they make are 50% from SS and 50% from xservers.
