Theres a lot of Rogue specs out there for 19's, which one do you think is best?

SS costs 45 energy unspecced. If specced, it's 40 ofc. With or without the talent, you can SS two times with 100 energy. Without the talent, that's an additional 10 energy you must wait on. If you have the talent, you save 10 energy along with the 20 energy that was unused. During your first 2 SS's, you gain 10 energy per 1 second GCD leaving you with 50 energy. That's 3 SS's 1 second after another correct? This will repeat.
This assumes you just run and and start wanking them.

I use 5/5 Offhand 2/2 Improved sinister strike 3/3 improved eviscerate for combat
and 2/2 opportunity 5/5 malice and 3/3 puncturing wounds for backstabing
and 2/2 opportunity 5/5 malice and 3/3 puncturing wounds for backstabing

my fav
my favorite spec by far is
3/3 mod 2/2 opp 3/3 camo 2/2 imp gouge.
good for openers and bandage. 5/5 malice and 5/5 whatever is completely fail to the max. thats like taking x more dps over 1200 stamina, fail much?
a garrotte rupture spec is worthwhile checking out for serious pressure.
dual cb with +15 agil and the following spec
3/3 evis 2/2 malice 2/2 blood spatter 2/2 opportunity with garrote glyph.
In total it will increase your garrotte damage by 70% and ticks at a faster pace for more pressure. Forgive if im wrong but in a full ap set and on an orc with rage on and a crit you can do 1228 damage.
Maths =
Requires Stealth Garrote the enemy, causing [(20 + AP * 0.07) * 6] damage over 18 sec, increased by your attack power.
So with 350 AP . [(20 + AP * 0.07) * 6] * 1.7 (glyph/spec) + 350 * 2 (crit) = 1228 /15 =
81 damage per tick. Massive!

Depends on if we are talking WSG Premades or Arenas. Using that spec against another rogue in a duel would get you WTFSHITSTOMPPED every time. You would never get a sap off.

quick(er) manuvering in stealth, 10yd saps, MoD, and some imp garrote damage. Your out of stealth dps is low, but your in-stealth utility is awesome

No experience with rogues in premade's so can't comment but the other two are spot on IMO.

I was thinking something along the lines of:
3/3 Imp gouge
3/3 Imp stealth
2/2 Opportunity
2/3 Camo
Sap -> Garrote w/o breaking sap -> Gouge -> Stealth (.5 sec window).
Rinse and repeat, 1v1 only for people without a pet.
That is, only if garrote doesn't break gouge.

Just looked it up, won't exactly work.
However, with the same spec it would be possible to:
Sap -> Ambush -> Gouge -> Stealth -> etc.
