in pugs goblin is best hands down
in wargames how rogue is currently meant to be played it's panda, if you can't see it, you're dumb.
there's no common viable use of leap in wargames that makes goblin a necessity, only flashy shit you pull off once every 500 games.
the only time leap is consistently viable is opening in mid as rogue and leaping back to ur backline, but rogues are too underwhelming in mid to care, rogues should be sapbots in mid and rarely open yet at the start of bfa overrated twink cup champion rogues were opening on every fight and racking up ten deaths before rogues stopped being used.
so outside of mid fights where do rogues excel? defending
you can argue the case of leap being good to reconnect to a dashing efc, nvm ur showing how clueless you are again.
why leap for another gcd on efc when you've most likely cheap shot already to force trinket and now you can force efc to sit a 4 sec incap on his dash, with the possibility to restealth off it assuming he doesn't keep you in combat (which he won't because 19s are too brainless) and still be in range to make him sit another 4 secs in sap on the rest of his dash followed by a full sap on his shaman who came to help and a half CS, all while ur boomkin ur sitting d with has tons of time to get into a better position and also didn't have to pop dash himself to keep with the efc.
ur leap is looking dogshit right now.
also when opening on efc you can sap healer open efc, incap for 2 secs off the sap as opposed to leaping onto priest then realising you can't kick a class that doesn't ever cast.
also in situations where healers are in combat and u can't sap, 4secs is better than 0 secs
but pugs ye just roll goblin because panda incap will be broken instantly by little jimmy the autistic lvl 11 hunter in every case
