Best places to farm ilvl 28 in nazmir/drustvar?

In drustvar go on current time/WM off. Then go to the pig farm at fallhaven (search fallhaven pig on wowhead to see where) they drop green BoEs like candy, have a chance at teebus sword and purple BoE shit like that too. Great gold farm also, when I go there usually theres 2 druids chilling and pulling all of the instantly respawning pigs, i can just sit in there and aoe tag all of them and get free loot

Can confirm, farmed here for 30 min with my lvl 20 hunter twink, got 5 boe's one of them had socket
update: 3 min later i got my 6th boe, it also had a socket

Nazmir is the horde zone and would be a good deal less of a hassle to get to.

When I go to pig farm on my lvl 20 all I see are nasty crows and no pigs. What am I doing wrong?

No idea. I play alliance. but I would imagine its not terribly difficult to find an area of densely packed mobs thats large enough that those mobs start to respawn before you complete a circuit.

Weapons and offhands drop as level 22 req there, but all normal gear pieces (Cloaks and armor, jewelry) drop lvl req 19.

is boe gear soulbound when you get it and are mobs killable at lvl 20?

by definition, boe gear is "bind on equip" and yes, you can kill level 25 mobs. it isnt terribly fast but its not a bad slog either.

Just FYI, there's a boat to kul tiras in Stormwind that hordies can use. There's a boat to Zuldazar in the troll village in Durotar that Alliance can use.

Fun moment: alliance players can use the boat to zuldazar without any deaths, guards in troll village won't attack you, only in zuldazar (but u can jump out before this happens), but as horde player u must die atleast once in SW city.

Farming on a 25:
The best place period are the wolves in dustavar at the upper right part of the map in Carvers Harbor... the spawn rate is insane... you can gather huge groups easily... as they have a huge aggro range.
I farm with a Protection Pal so you can just stand there and heal with Word of Glory... you can kill 10+ at a time.
But, unfortunately the farming game is a fools game. Its not like before, and you should not do it.
Since you are only looking for 1 item type and that is Peerless/Harmonious/Freverfare With a SOCKET AND with SPEED(the other three terts are just trash)... the drop rate is so bad it's not even calculable.. Plus you have to add on that some drops are randomly "requires level 22".
Just keep it in mind before you go off hunting for gold... I'd just go farm a destiny and try to sell it and then buy your greens.
Already on BH even items with a socket but no SPEED are worth less than 500g... donkey dick.
