theres been a rise of 24's latley, ive noticed some that really stand out regardless of the enchant bonus's
what would you list as best ?

Hard to say who is the best, ppl from guilds will say ppl in their guild etc, in the 19's bracket you can tell from bgs etc, tho this bracket's bg's are ruled by jaja's

Then you have a good majority of the rest of the bracket that AFK's.
and typically those same people are the ones who enjoy GY farming.
