WoW and twinking is a game... games are made to be enjoyed.. So the person who enjoyes the game the most = the best player.

but i guess its hard to measure the levels of fun people have ^_^...
But i found that people that find it important to be the best are usually the most salty... so they are among the worst players.

You are right about the primary function of video games being entertainment though, not competition
