WHat about Vibroblade ? i am pretty sure, i saw it below lvl 30

Maybe it’s an old version, like pre-scaling or something like that. Fairly certain it drops ilvl 30 now if looted on a lvl 20.

dungeons can drop rare items

elite mobs have a slightly higher chance to drop an item

but you need to factor in killspeed

if you can kill 3-4 insta spawn nonelites compared by the time you kill 1 elite then the nonelites are better

I was talking about green items farming, not rares (blues).
