Best level to start twink?

So I started my twink about 2 weeks ago and I capped my self for lvl 20, and I was wondering before I continue the grind to get items I need, if it matters what level I cap myself at? I made my twink for pve only and just for fast dungeon runs and so far it's been going great, but when I see other people higher lvl then me pull close to the dps that I do, it made me wonder if I can just maybe cap at 60? Or so, I am playing fury warrior if that helps answer my question at all

Level 10-11 if you want to run dungeons as fast as possible.
Level 20 is if you plan to let your subscription run out.

Another thing to keep in mind is that you’ll have access to more dungeons at 20 vs lower, it’s a trade off.
