Best Level for Farming Level 10 BoE’s

So I was looking through this forum and watched several videos on farming Legion BoE’s with a level 15 toon to get the BiS items for my level 10. However all the Greens were level 6 items and all the Epics were level 12… How are people getting Epics that require level 9-10 for there level 10 Twinks?

For epics you farm at lvl 10. Greens, blues and epics all scale differently according to your level

Thank you. Do you know by chance what the BiS weapon is for a level 10 Hunter now that Artifact Weapons are nerfed?

No clue. Maybe a bfa dungeon blue with socket+tert but thats just a guess.

Farming on a lvl 11-15 toon will yield you ilvl 15 weapons which are likely going to be the best available.

Not for Epic items. Epic items with a lvl 11-15 toon req lvl 12 to Equip

Level 11-15 toon will yield lvl 6/ilvl 13 armor and lvl 9/ilvl 15 weapons. That's the best you can get for greens afaik.
