Heirloom gun? Can they use 4.5

Heirloom bow? with 3.5

Are there better arrows?

what is the best combo for max DPS.

And btw im not counting Feathered arrows

Well i dont think ur looking at the ammo difference.



Venomstrike

15.8 DPS + 3.5 AMMO = 18.8 Full DPs

Random proc for 31-45 nature dmg



Heirloom bow

15.0 DPS = 4.5 AMMO = 19.5 DPS

+3 AP

+1 Hit rating

+1 crit strike

as far as i am concerned, since the venomstrike can't have +3 scope anymore, the gun seems to be clearly better. i actually bought it for my hunter and i'll be trying it and comparing with rating buster to know what is the difference in stats.



the fun part is the gun offers steady damage while venom strike offer spike like damage !

boa bow is forgettable though it is strickly inferior to venomstrike. but the boa gun is something else. thats for sure !
