EU+US Best fishing spot in northrend?

Anyone know a good safe spot to fish in northrend? I want to farm the sea turtle mount so right now I'm fishing in the middle of sholazar basin, it's safe but the water threshers aggro you and make it hard to stay out of combat so you can't cast your line.

There needs to be fish school spawns I believe, dalaran just has plain fishable water but no schools

Theres a big lake in grizzly hills, it has constant fish pools spawning, the video below has some more detail.
Also there's a whole f2p thread on fishing up the sea turtle.
