US....Curley #1 FC

EU heard rumors that Curley was gonna set up a EU account, the french held a protest outside Vivendi Corporation HQ (parent company) which resulted in them contacting Activision/Blizzard insuring that Curley and any IP he uses is blocked from creating EU accounts. otherwise the world balance of the 15-19 bracket would be lopsided.

btw....asian servers are blocking Curley too,

I wonder if there are any more who acctually do fc, other then those allready mentioned. They do a good job, but they are the only ones doing it so I don't rly understand what's the point in this thread. What's next? EU most deaths from falling? (I got many, so I prolly be on top!)
I know people like to make lists and name players and like being named and it is good for the community according to some people, but we rly shouldn't overextend, you can discuss this kind of matters via realID or even /bg ^^
