EU+US Best enchants for Fel gear?

*Disclaimer: I KNOW ENCHANTS DON'T WORK IN PVP*

Since we can't mail some of the Fel Gear to our mains to apply higher level enchants, does anyone know which enchants are best to apply ourselves?

Everything except shoulders, legs and hands (depending on class) doesn't need a higher level for applying BiS enchants.

Pretty they changed it. For instance look at the tooltip here; http://www.wowhead.com/item=56502/scorched-leg-armor "Can only be attached to leg armor in your inventory"
