Best DPS class\spec?

I was wondering what the best dps class and spec would be, I don't really think it's rogue because they never open on me because I truck them down in a few seconds, but everytime theres a huntard, fulix especially, I get killed really fast but I'm not sure that's the highest dps either, anybody know? I was wondering if prot warr\pally are high dps also. Thanks.

Feral druid is the highest dps hands down.

Ranged classes have higher tot, but with equal tot, feral is nightmare level dps, especially on non tanks.

Rogue (idk which spec) has the highest burst.

SV hunt/Bdruid/(MAYBE)Feral has the highest sustained dps.

Right now for rogues subtlety seems best spec so for melee damage definitely rogue. For spell damage I would say warlocks,destro specifically.

As a rogue warriors are easy to kill, pallies take longer but still easy to kill, and I don't see many feral Druids or enhancement shams so I can't speak for them.

If you're good on rotations, a feral druid can actually dish out great dps. However, hunters will always be the greatest type of quick burst dps.

I would honestly see what you like to play. If you like to play a class you will most likely play better therefore arguably doing the best damage/healing you can do.

As for the Class/spec , Feral Drood , Arcane mage , balance Drood(Becomes wonderful with the ARCANE INTELECT) , and Subterfuge/subtetly rogue is.

Had to read through that a couple of times but I think I understand you. I assume you mean the 60 intellect buff from Borean Tundra. About stacking, I managed to stack my spell power to 326 once, here's SS without the monk buff.

I was hitting disgusting numbers into the region of 2k+ 2 second casts with zerk. I one shotted a fully geared prot warrior as well which felt... wrong.

While arcane has the biggest crits, he needs time to build up combo points and frost do not, but yeah, these numbers are freaking :3

On topic it's rogue/feral for high bursts (ambush+evi/savage roar+tiger's fury+feroc strike) and hunter for sustained damage and good bursts, warrior sustained damage is on par with hunter, but tot is of course terrible. Actually arcane mage and destro lock are quite good in bursting too, but they're much harder to play and probably much more item dependent.
