best damage pvp spec for a warrior at 85?

hey all, im going to 85 warrior twinking, and im having trouble deciding what spec to roll, i was wondering if any1 can help decide.. im looking for a really strong damage spec..

definitely arms.
fury might be viable for bg's, havent worked around with it mutch as i dont have weps to do it.
prot is the only viable spec for rbg's sadly.

so arms pumps more damage than prot in general or just in BG's??
