-Rogues benefit the least from boa because SF is still best in slot by a shit ton, so they're only gaining through chest and shoulder pieces.
-Ally casters benefit the most because the chest, weapon(fuck how op they're compared to my staves), and shoulder pads each add a considerable amount of beneficial stats.

i do agree casters got a huge boost with BoAs...
but so have rogues, with all the hit rating they have gotten !
you say rogues still need SF better, but in all seriousness, some BoA gives so much stats that they easily rival the SF all together. i haven't tryed battleworn trash blade yet to see if it rivals or not. dps wise it is clear thats its not, but the BTB can proc another hit. another hit actually means twice the dps which means once in a while it will do double its actual dps.
i do agree that SF is still a very strong weapon, that is not the problem... but saying it is still the only best weapon is truly not right. balanced heartseeker is giving you stats and hit rating which to me rival easily that high dps SF. not to mention it provides the necessary for those huge backstab which the SF cannot.
