What is the best battlegroup for 39 twinking EU? Are there even BGs up on EU 39 battlegroups or is it completely dead?

anyway, EU 39 are active on Blackout battlegroup.

What times are the Battlegrounds up the most?

We don't have random-pops like the US has yet, the EU twinking-scene is too small right now. We have them scheduled at Wednesdays and Sundays at 9pm, we have arenas up from 6pm until 1-2am most days.
