best 49's profession?

what do you guys find as the most helpful profession for our bracket? I have found the alchemist flask with the +19 extra stat to be pretty awesome. I recently maxed gnomish engineering and other than the bombs for interrupt, i really dont like it. Is there another one that is a really good option to try and level for a good boost item as a 49 twink?

Put alchemy on an alt
I keep herbalism to farm while I wait on BGs or I'm bored, send them to my meth lab slave alt and spend a whole 10 minutes or so making potions to last a few weeks.
Tailoring for bandaids and nets, if you're a class that could benefit from either.
Engineering for grenades and bombs and other toys, of course.

None of the crafting stuff makes any gear worth keeping.

If you want to make money with a twink, idk man. But Goldthorn gets pretty high. (mostly why I farm it for myself)

I think i have to go full 300 alch on main for the alch flask, seems to be the best overall boost since it is bugged to give +19. Also, can earn decent profit putting pots/elixirs up on AH. The only crafted item that i know seems to be BIS is leatherworking https://www.wowhead.com/spell=10632/helm-of-fire But not sure how fast it would sell on my server Khaz modan. pretty dead server atm.
