These are people I know from Rampage.
Rogue: Madae the guild master I beleive of <Is Legend>, nasty rogue.
Gypo my guild master from <Purple Pony Crew>, great at his class he's been at it for a long time.
Hunter: Kiteu, don't remember his guild but a great hunter to go up against.
Angrybeavers is probobly the best hunter I remember.
Shaman: Juniors, Jiza, and probobly someone else I should remember stick out in my mind. Quality twinks.
Warlock: Msdink of <PPC>, and Mandark of <CCF> are the best horde and alliance lock twinks ever on rampage imo. Great twinks.
Druid: I'd say the best 19 druids are Animal <PPC> (RIP Animal, you were my inspiration), and both Yogibear, and Scrappydoo from <CCF>. All inspirations for me to make a druid back when I played CC mage only.
Warrior: Only two really stick out in my mind. For Alliance I gotsta say Walle from <Is Legend>, and in Horde my main man Dannyburrito in <HoHos Laundry Service>. Alot of more than fun 2v2s and 3v3s against Danny. That guy knows his class. As for Walle, I've only played him a few times but mainly ive been dead haha.
Paladin: Argh, I can't really think of many hordies that I admire but two great Pallies from Alliance are Utterz (I forget his guild), and Jericho from <Volutilus Letum> (I know I slaughtered that guild name lol). Both know their class really well. Jericho is probobly the best Pally to play on Rampage...
Priest: I'd say Lustcharm of <Booze>, and Healsforu for alliance. And Collision of <HoHos Laundry Service>. All great priests. Lustcharm doesn't get out there as often as before but he knows his class in and out, great priest. And Collision is just win.
Mage: Fopoe of <Is Legend> is by farrrrr the best alliance mage on Rampage. No one else touches him, great to have on you're team in arena, you can count on good CC. And Quillmes of <HoHos Laundry Service> Danny's mage. Just another example of his skill at 19s.
Edit: id say 90% of the time these people don't play at all on Rampage, or 19s at all anymore

Hunter- Deathstone, Ruin, Spanker
Rogue- goma, seep, cirran way back when
Priest- KP, beaux
Warrior- antlers, walle, nzxer and everyone else not maelstrom.. He's really bad
Shaman- ctrlaltshock, kunz, DA
Warlock- sry braindead atm
Mage- Snow, Sheep, Sillus
Druid- aside from painaid being clutch at jumps I really haven't seen a good druid

There are so many hunters and rogues out there it is difficult to pick the good ones out. Hunters take almost no skill to play decently and I have not been able to play against every hunter in a premade situation. That said it is the little things that make the great hunters stand out, and in PuGs you can always tell the premade hunters apart from the baddies
Hunters that are never afraid to run the flag, do solid damage, and get on O and D quickly without wasting time farming mid are imo what makes a top hunter.
The bads are the ones I kite like 2-3 at a time away from mid as the FC crosses relatively untouched.

Edit: Good hunters know how to fear druids. Its very rare that a hunter fears my druid, it can really mess up an FC run, or a healer.
