Best 1-h and shield for prot war?

I've been wanting to try out prot out of boredom, but not sure of any great 1-handers or shields to use. Are the BoE greens best, or are there better ones with nice effects or something? Let me know! Thanks

I think that for shields any of the BOE epics are def BiS, and if can't obtain those you'd be doing well with the BOE greens, as for weapons, I feel wraith scythe or ironfoe would be decent on a port warrior.

For weapon id try getting https://www.wowhead.com/item=11920/wraith-scythe

Or you could use an ironfoe, crusader mix?
