US Been inactive since december, is 20 still active?

just thinking of logging to play some games, potentially move server and necro my old 20s and update them... is 20 still a thing or did it die out like everything great in WoW ?

Yes 20s still active but more of the f2p people not tinks. U will get premades or BGS full of people wearing white common gear

Random bg's are NOT very active. Queue times are longer than a typical lopsided game. Generally, it's not worth the effort.
