EU+US BC spellpower weapon enchant

Hello all,
Does anyone know if you can enchant Major Spellpower after your sub runs out? I know enchants are wonky and some work and some don't after getting vet status. Thanks in advance for any info.

I believe it is only vanilla enchants that cannot be applied when your sub runs out, such as minor speed.

You're unable to apply the +2 ring enchant while unsubbed. Gotta do it while subbed or stick to +1 enchants.
