I have seen 0 change since patch for vengeance we're still mildly active and only when WG isn't about to start at later hours and/or weekends.

It may be that you haven't noticed a change because Blizzard hotfixed the 10 on each side requirement yesterday. The number of people that still think you need a full bg is ridiculous. Do any of you ever just logon and que anymore? Doesn't seem that way otherwise you would've of noticed BGs starting Yesterday (Sep 23) without full groups.
