Basalt Rockling Nerfed?

So I've been using Basalt Rockling in WSG for fun, it only has ~400 HP and does nothing for damage, but post patch when I went to use it I was getting a "You can't do that yet" error message. I have also tried it outside of WSG and got the same message. Does anyone know what is going on?

Actually both alliance and horde could get this item, so you lost it too. Also, Alliance had furbolg stick LONG before horde had the hat.

i can still summon it with my war on german server,only outside so far, no test if it works in bg cause we dont get pops :/

I have tried it on my both my 19 paladin and 64 rogue both in and out of BGs 1 is alliance and 1 is horde, but won't let me use it anymore.

it was being used to spawn thousands of pets, causing cities to crash, itll prob be back once they fix it. Not to mention the bugged texture
