No one talking about the sudden loss of the Guild Chat pane and all the social tabs we used for F2Ps? RIP communities. Good Bye wow. Finally killed it again... Basically, nothing about the game was worth subbing for, and now nothing is worth sticking around for free anymore.

On the bright side, any characters that had several bags in their bank full of stuff, seems to have gotten most of the tabs unlocked already anyway.

Looks like yes. It's one of the official things F2Ps can't do, and this just looks like the devs solidifying that.

If you had something in there from the time we had access and didn't expect to have your stuff locked away, you might be able to get it dumped into a personal bank if you luck into a sympathetic GM. Don't count on it, only aim to have it dumped into one character's bank (don't ask someone to do extra work when you're already asking them to bend rules for you), and don't expect to use warbanks in any meaningful way.
