Band of the Eternal Champion

I recently farmed for Scale of Sands rep to acquire the Band of the Eternal Champion (ball ache) to find out that when it procs, the tooltip shows up but the stats aren't added to my total agility.

Anyone else suffer a similar problem?

Quite annoying as I must have sunk a good 5 hours or more into grinding this rep

Yup, been this way for well over a year. Very unfortunate, the only ring that works is the band of the eternal sage, the rest grant empty stats. Best thing to do is put in a ticket

Shattered hand? I’m assuming you mean shattered sun. They do in fact proc, the one that once granted attack power now grants 100 agility and strength for Aldor on proc and damage for scryers, and the tank necklace still procs I believe dodge on Aldor and haste on scryers, but the spell caster necks do not grant stats on procs like the ring does.
