Balance Druid secondary stats

hey all. Decided to start gearing my balance drood. I like the idea of Crit/haste stacking, or would it be best to get just straight up intellect armor (without secondary stats)?
Also - off topic but I once saw someone with an epic staff, I’m not sure what’s it was called but I know it wasn’t staff of Jordan. I know epic dagger and offhand is probably BiS but if anyone might know what staff they had let me know! Thanks all

Epic dagger is definitely the way to go, because it can proc off your dots. Also, crit and haste stacking would probably be viable, but I can't imagine it would come close to a pure intellect build in terms of raw damage.

The staff you saw was likely Glowing Brightwood Staff http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/812, but again, nothing is as good as the dagger, unless you get a scaled Hand of Edward the Odd http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/2243, and even then it's debatable.

TL;DR: I would go with an intellect build.

Awesome thanks for your input, I will do an int/haste build. What would you recommend for weapon enchant? Torrent is nice but I feel warsong might be better for moonkins, but I’m not sure if there is a haste cap or not? Don’t want to use it if not all 100 of the haste will be working if that makes sense

I think that haste and/or intellect are your stat priority choices, both work great as far as i've seen, personal preference definitely goes to haste though.
Yeah int/haste build does seem like it would probably be better. Consistent damage rather than depending on crits. Thanks man!

I would probably go with Elemental Force, again because it procs off DoT ticks. I run that on my 39 spriest and the damage output is pretty bonkers.

I'm also more of a +23 spellpower guy than power torrent, but I think that's mainly a matter of personal preference.

been tweaking stats, stacking int has been paying off. 20% haste gives you 1.2s casts of wrath, 31% gives you 1.1, gauntlets of the sea heal spell doesnt work, going to replace those with some "impatient" gloves and put Naglering where the boa is. Its fun as crap and very viable. With wizard oil, greater int elixir, and bear burger, i reached 411 int last night in a bg.

Nice man! I took some main stat armor mixed with some secondary star armor (haste and vers) and seems to be doing well. Almost done engineering to get the 27 intellect helmet. This is what she looks like so far, still gotta replace that pvp trinket with a blue aurora one (if I ever get it lol) https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/sargeras/Emeseye
