B.Y.O.G - Thursday nights - Real Ids & SS

1st B.Y.O.G. Thursday Nights started off slow at 7pm central time but did well and went until 1am central time. This event is to promote once a night a higher % to run into more competitive games thru premade 5 mans or 2 - 5mans or 10 man group ( 24 or f2ps are welcomed to join ) . No guild is required to participate. I did see a few 24s solo que. So to help them i will keep up with a real id list so everybody can find a way to get in a group and join in on the fun.


Horde side ran 3 - 10 mans / a few 5 mans <<<<<<<< Stating 5 & 10mans are being ran

Alliance side ran 1 - 10 man & a few 5mans. Get the word out / put it on guild calenders <<<< Alliance had a 10man last week


Screen shots of wins and loses are encourage, no flaming, lets keep this thread clean. Will be creating real id list to encourage more 5 man groups on thursday. Thanks goes out to everyone who came.

this is to push lvl 24s 5-10 man groups in bgs. . B.Y.O.G. - Bring Your Own Group - Duo does a great job queing with 10 people, last 2 thursdays. Sanctuary had 3 - 5 man groups going. We only were only able to get in with 2 of our groups twice that night. one of our 5man did get thrown together with Duo 5 man.

My 5 man group ran into a few 5 man guild premades & 5 man pug premades. It was nice to see 5 man pugs queing up during this event, Since no guilds are required.

Why try and make groups into 10 mans when you're opponents cant even compete.. just seems a little dumb to crutch on 10 mans just when activity picks up, just my opinion of coarse. I feel like every thursday theres more and more groups so thanks guys for bringing this to peoples attention.

I plan and am hoping to have a 10 man on alliance side in 2 weeks along with a 10 man horde group going, ( Tonight had 15 people so 5 from getting that to happen) So from my end i will have a 10 man the group going on both factions. The group of people i am running with are in no way are elitists ( These are not premades, just people want to que up and bullsh•! in vent and catch up. I can't encourage other guilds to get there people to show up. I can only encourage mine.

also a lvl 24 shouldn't use the word crutching, when we are in a lvl 20-24 bg dominated by f2ps with restrictions, just my opinion of course also.

Yes you're right just been throwing the word around but why even try to get 10 mans.. i mean if u got both yur guilds running 10 man than fine.. but you realize when u steamroll a 10 man like, people will log off for the night and leave the other side extreamly gimped. Like i couldn't get into one game and get heals flowing because "yayayay 60 int buff and 10 mans all night omgerg, faceroll." idk though man i prolly play to much :p

Yeah i heard there was a 10 man running around tonight camping, ran into said 10 man within 5 minutes they began camping lol. Over half the team bailed along with myself xD Aint nobody got time for dat.

Like i said i hope to have an ally 10 man soon. I have special people in the guild that wouldn't mind long ques and going Ally. :)

Longs ques aren't what stop Ally from queuing 10.
It's the fact that you'll get a sync ones every hour. As opposed to ones every 5 minutes on horde side. We had 2 5 mans rolling for the entire night. couldn't get synced.

Either way. It was a fun night, and can expect <Sua Sponte> and friends to queue again next week. GGs to all.
and hats off to Honeybadger's 10. Was impressed to see an organized group at mid out of them.

GG's - there's always next week :D

Not in your guild, but I'll run alliance with you. I know a few other 24s that would too
 
My real id is experience problems currently, ever since I merged my 2 accounts. Im hoping to have this fixed in a few days, I madea few tickets for it. I will have a guild meeting in a few days with some horde guildies to maybe run 2 groups on both sides or everyone switch to alliance for some games, during Thursday night from 7-11.


Also i will try to recruit more people in hopes of getting 20 people for Sanc on Thursday nights and a possibly a 2nd night for B.Y.O.G. It will be more likely on Mon, Tues or Wens. I've always been against weekends I love my Guildies to have lives outside of WOW . Quing on weekends is fine but I have Guildies with kids and families.

Sanctuary is not a guild were are a community.

Possibly coming back soon. My case load at work has been heavy but I see a light at the end of the tunnel.

I have spoken to some guildies and will have a 5 man + for alliance for Thursday and will have our horde 10 man also :)
