If you want the devs to address issues in low level PvP, please participate tomorrow.

Two things that I think deserve immediate attention are:

1) Ele Force and Crusader Scaling
2) Ferocious Bite base damage

Tweet away.

Unfortunately, unless everyone picks a single issue and sends it in as a tweet, twitter is not the platform to address these issues. My list of problems would look something like this:

1. Feral druids are far and away one of the hardest melee specs to deal with in pvp (even at level cap). Ferocious bite does too much damage at low levels (by approx 50%), and they have access to Savage Roar and Tiger's Fury which push their OPness into the red. They shouldn't have access to either of those abilities until level 50 or higher.

2. BM monks have far too much control over combat as a tanking spec. You can't get away from them because spammable AoE slow that costs zero resources. You can't kill them because they shield themselves with a bubble that absorbs more damage than they have HP. They 2 shot you because keg smash does 2-3 times as much damage as it should. Bonus Armor is a pointless stat below max level, no one actually needs it for defense and the only use people have found for it is to abuse the mechanic for high DPS as a tank (something that shouldn't be happening).

3. Fire is an underwhelming mage spec to play. Scorch does almost zero damage even with a high amount of crit. As a fire mage you can count on never being able to kill anything that has a healing button. A warlock can spam Drain Life and out heal your damage while killing you slowly. Fire needs more useful tools (like Dragon's Breath) and a viable rotation outside of Hot Streak.

4. Affliction and Demonology warlocks are underwhelming specs to play. Just like fire, you lack the tools to do any real DPS and pretty much anything with a healing button will survive your damage. Affliction needs access to Haunt and Agony as soon as level 10. Demonology needs a buff across the board to all their damage sources.

5. Elemental Shaman is an underwhelming spec to play. Just like fire mages and aff/demo warlocks, they lack the ability to do any real DPS and pretty much anything with a healing button survives their damage. Losing lightning bolt while moving and the nerf to LB damage had a huge impact on their viability. Thunderstorm needs to have a root built into it (a glyph or something) and hex needs to be available at low levels just like polymorph and fear. Hex should also not have a CD. Shaman are easily trainable right now because they have no real CC ability and everything can just sit on them all day until they are dead.

6. Many enchants are still unaffected by level scaling or scale far too high for their level. The WoD neck, ring, and cloak enchants give too many stats. A level 29 gets +13 from ring chant, +19 from neck chant, and + 25 from cloak enchant. Crusader still procs for 100 str, Elemental Force still procs for 110-220 damage at all lower levels, and Landslide still gives like 75 AP.

I'll be telling them that if rake is getting buffed so should ferocious bite, sick and tired of bite getting them to like 10% and someone shields and saves them

id say if crusader needs attention landslide prolly too cuz thats what gives feral the like gaurunteed 1hit bite, they're still op cuz their dmg kit is amazing, has been since MoP, but alot less 1hit bursting goes on when landslide isnt active.
