Go here and tell blizz about all the lvl 70 balance, pref with numbers.
PS: Also dont forget to tell that DKs are doing extremely LOW damage- even a frost DK with Nifflevars need around 40 sec to just get me down (blood, full resil) while im AFK, also blood DK is hitting for ~300 damage deathstrikes in half- pve gear on a common 700 resil healer.

We’re looking into doing this. It’s a pretty big task that doesn’t have a very high bang-for-buck value, because it’s about putting small numbers on gear that very few players use, and anywhere you add power, you have a lot to consider and balance around it. And it risks exacerbating the healing problems mentioned above.
But it’s on our radar.
