Assassin's Blade

So while farming SFK last night for a shadowfang an Assassin's blade dropped and i went to sell it in trade and everyone is saying its not worth even 1g. Are these things worthless now because I checked some auction house sites and they still go for a few thousand gold?

Worth around 2k maybe, the dagger from WC have the same stats as Assassin´s Blade therefore it´s not worth much anymore. Also there are better daggers than it.

It's got nostalgia value though, I know if I saw 1 for under 1k I'd buy it just cause
