As far as him not knowing about low level PvP...why would he? He's openly bashed it for the entirety of him playing wow. He thinks it's dumb and thinks the people that do it are stupid. All of this he says out of ignorance and misinformation. It's one of those don't knock it till you try it things. Seems like he might be a little more open now that BFA is such dogshit and he has to stream something interesting. I'm pretty sure he's seeing a lull in viewership since all the BFA hype died down and watching him farm transmog all day isn't exactly exciting.

It’s quite simple why he knocks on lowbies. In order to make himself look “cool” in front of the 18-25 y.o. people that call him ‘daddy’. It’s the herd mentality my friend.

There must be something in the ether regarding Twinking. I started studying twinking on Monday as an alternative to BfA. Then , Asmon and McConnell did their Twinking stream. I’m looking forward to the new popularity in Twinking.

Asmon streaming twink content to 26k+ viewers is a good thing for the twink community. Say what you will about Asmon (I think he's entertaining) but this generates interest and viewership to a niche part of the game that many haven't experienced or simply forgot about. Asmon streaming and talking about twinking will create a significant uptick in more folks playing twinks.

Speaking for myself I used to play heavy in the 19 bracket years ago and honestly forgot about twinks all together. That said after watching the stream I'm rolling back into the twink community and look forward to playing with you all :)
 
I like that they're into streaming twinking. I just hope blizzard doesnt do any negative changes (Like putting people with exp-off into their own brackets again).

I also think Asmongold should get advice from someone with more twink knowledge, mccool is trying to help but I feel like he's misleading asmongold a bit.
 
glad hes bringing exposure to twinking.. they should really go to the 39 twink forums not the 20-29(the current forum he is reading) to actually get information though.

I was laughed a lot due watching first stream when they making ideas about rated arenas (ofc u can do that, but rating start on L70 i think) and xmog cosmetic sets as reward :D :D also as was mentoined here before.. Mcconnel try it, but have a lot of bad/incorrect tips, spetch and knowledge .. They need guidance .. Not just casualy look on xpoff and armory
 
Personally, I don’t enjoy watching videos of other people playing video games. It just isn’t my “thing”. Some people really do enjoy it, I understand that. If it brings more exposure to the lower brackets more power to him!

He's playing Void Elf Male - Arcane Mage - 39 Twink.

Hopefully, we'll see him and Mcconnel play Arenas together.

EXTRA: Asmongold managed to receive 260 000 g in just 15 minutes on his new twink. He was just standing in Goldshire!
 
I'd actually like him to talk someone reasonable about twinking, most of the people here are ignorant. I like how twinking is growing but this may have some negative effects. Blizzard is pretty retarded and with the influx of twinking they make some retarded changes. Also the reason we don't perfer to have xp of brackets again is because the que times were long. Like 2-3 hour long ques in the 70 bracket back in the day when twinking was actually pretty big. If you have any questions lmk I'd like to help.
 
i think a 10v10 wargame where asmon and mcconell are leaders could be pretty fun to watch

doesn’t make me wanna make a 39 toon though, always gonna be a shit bracket
 
good opportunity to get more people into doing twinking content, also a good opportunity to make a fool out of yourself and make this community look bad.
