Asia Armory, need a little help please

So I am wanting to find out just how "Hardcore" these Asians are, that supposedly have more Subs than all of NA/EU put together. What I'm trying to figure out is how to sort by a specific Character Level on their Armory site. This is no easy task, even with Chrome Translate, finding even ONE Character at any given Level was hard enough but trying to find ALL Characters of a specific Level and being able to decipher what Chrome doesn't and give me the answer I'm seeking is a totally different problem indeed.

Does anyone have good directions as to how one would go about doing this? What I'm specifically trying to figure out is how serious Level 10 Twinks are in Asia (I'm sure there's got to be some) and what kind of Achievements they've farmed up. This would give me a better perspective for my own goals on my main 10 Achievement whore.

As an example, if there's 400 Level 10's each with over 5000 Achievement points then I might just give that endeavor up as there's NO WAY I'll ever have enough time to work that hard at it lmao. While I might feel good enough about my own 3225 Achievement Points, which would put my 10 somewhere around 4th-6th for all of NA/EU, that might not even get me in the top 1000 for Asia, making me laugh/cry at my paltry number.

There's more than ONE Asia Armory? When I look it up I come up with only one, the .cn version and I would wager it's in Chinese as far as I can tell. Google Translate does a marginal job at the page but it leaves so much for a person to figure out on their own, which is why I'm having the problem. HERE'S a page searching for the Character name Chi as an example.

There are at least China, Taiwan, and Korea, and each should use different text (simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, Korean). I doubt that the servers of each are linked, they should be separate clients. By the way, when you searched for Chi, thaths just a phonetic approximation of all characters with that sound. Characters on that client can have names comprised of either English letters or Chinese characters. The vast, vast majority have names with Chinese characters。

I tried, but can't even figure out how to correctly search and filter in the English armory.
