I'll believe it's fixed when I see it. Guess I'm gonna be bugging hella Qs on my old tinks this weekend.

In other news my vet acct loses game time 2 days after patch so w/e
 
I'm not trying to be the negative one here, but that seems insanely vague? As in, what are they going to end up doing? Removing people who come into xp on with with xp off? As far as they were aware before the massive amounts of reports, that's how lower level bgs were to begin with..

My thoughts exactly. Will certainly be trying to bug Qs after patch on a throwaway toon.

I must admit, it is surprising that they don't use any terms like "prevent" or "remove"... but instead "participate".

So until we find out, I'm just gonna' imagine the exploiters always spawning perma-stunned in the middle of the map, no longer able to "participate" (as anything but target-dummies) for the entire duration of the battle. :D

Here is exactly what I think is gonna happen-
As many stated before, the macro isn't an exploit itself. It's also part of the "LUA not the server" or some nerd shit.
Most likely you will still be able to do the macro exploit. BUT they will kick you out immediately from the PvP instance if you join with your xpoff. Or something similar to that

Point is - They are fixing PvP instances. NOT the macro.
 
Now lets make f2p more than just arcane mages healers and hunters. Maybe nerf arcane missiles and let other specs be viable? No? Same old 20s bracket...

It legit takes a village to kill a resto druid or shaman and they can 1v5 pretty lame if you ask me. Current state of 20s is worst it has ever been.
 
it may NOT mean the macro queue .. they did not announced the xp-off xp-on not sharing same bg when they did it some time back, it might be an official announcement to say just that, that xp-off and xp-on no longer share same bg .. i have a feeling the macro queue is NOT being resolved
