ARP at 69

Hey. was thinkling about making a 68/69 hunter twink-
And was wondering how good ARP is at that level.
On my current setup i can get around 38-39% ARP but thats all gems arp

Arp under 50% is ass. In pvp, arp unless at 100% very rarely is ever better than main stat. And even at 100% it’s arguably only good vs low armor targets

i messed around making a 69 warrior set, can get to 60% arp without sunder

arp and sunder are two entirely different things. they work separately.
