1st thing I did when I was brutally introduced to twinking a year ago by being one-shot by a hunter as a low lvler was to check the guy's armory, even before knowing this site existed. Turned out I was right, it was definitely the gear, despite what Ian, the main WoW pvp designer said (that gear had no impact on pvp).
Since then I got hardcore into twinking, discovered Xpoff (awesome site btw), the Armory thread helped me tons, especially early on. I have like 10 twinks and even today I still check the thread for improvements. Of course it's not perfect, but it's really useful and answers a lot of newbie questions just by copying what ppl wear.
