Idk why people coming in here saying the old twinks are gonna be the ones gatekeeping for 10k hks. Haven’t seen a single old twink support that and I know y’all can’t see the vote results because I can’t either. Some arbitrary requirement like HKs has just as many flaws as the requirement we log in non GFd gear to be included. Ppl said what I’d say about that beforehand. I think even having HKs be a part of the equation would only be useful for tracking if they’re active in PvP, which as mentioned is not all twink characters are for. However, you’ve made it clear that would not apply to PvE heroes which is great.
Since it would only apply to characters who have not been highlighted as PvE machines, it might be a useful way for you to keep track of who is active Cig. Administratively, I could see a few benefits. So I’m voting for 1k gate as a compromise because I do see how it could be useful, and I don’t think asking for a demonstration of commitment to the character and bracket via HK count is unreasonable to consider them an active member of the twinking community. Again, on the assumption that PvE focused players would not have the same HK requirement.
Edit: Did not think about people that gear toons just to wargame on them. Not sure if gatekeeping the armory thread with HKs can reconcile with including those toons. Probably easier to just not have an HK requirement unless they are asked to state that the character is for wargaming, which just adds more work for management and another denotation to decode. Changed my vote to no.
