For a 19 combat rogue, what weapon is used for the highest ambush crits? Shadowfang? or does the BiS dagger (Balanced Heartseeker) hit harder than Shadowfang from the 40% damage increase?

Highest ambush crit will be a shadowfang. Last time I tested the 40% more didn't do enough to make daggers better

Daggers suck unless you are assassination. In which case you would use Talon of Vultros MH and Goblin Screwdriver OH.

For combat if you do not have access to x2 Shadowfang x2 BoA Sword or Mace is the next best option.
