Both 110 and 111 has crazy secondary stats, but I forsee that Blizzard is gonna fix this asap. With this expansion being heavily focused around PvP, and world pvp at that, I've seen quite a few R1's etc. complain about low levels being way over-tuned. I wouldn't invest too much into it. Legion didn't have its main focus on PvP, but atm it's a true core part of the game, so...

alrighty i was also thinking 115 is probably gonna be where its at for BFA twinking cause thats the last lvl u can use Legion leggos

I might consider to keep the first two chars on 110 for prestige reasons, but I'm not sure if 110 pvp will become a Twink Bracket :<

I guess the Legion Gladiator Tabards would be a lot of prestige if 110 twinking would gain a big community.

Since blizz will fix 110s which I would think would be dumb in the sense for people that don't have warmode, they will feel weaker at level 110. Heck look at boosted toons, they have a harder time than most already so this will hurt them a lot. But lets say they do, should I just level to 115 then?

Lets not jump to any conclusions just yet before we decide what to move onto next. If there is a "Fix" we will have to see what has changed and move from there.
